We are a highly motivated and a dedicated team of professionals whose prime objective is to offer impeccable levels of service to all our discerning clients, in keeping with our Company policy, "service beyond self".

Service, being our main focus, the management maintains a hands-on operation in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Company.

Island Holidays has also ventured into property management. Under our management we currently manage Beach Villas, Colonial Estates and Bungalows around the Island. We are a team of dedicated & knowledgeable travel professionals dedicated to providing the utmost level of service standards to you, our valuable clients.

The operations are led by Dharshini Udugama, Director of Sales and Marketing, who has over two decades of experience in many fields. Thushara Divulwewa brings with him a decade of experience in the travel industry, working for many leading travel companies in Sri Lanka and specialized in the Japanese market. Dillon Devarajan specializes in product development and manages the tours with many years of experience under his name. Our Associate Executive, Shakya Udugama is ably assisted by Sachin Thissera and Abhitha Silva who plays a vital role in the IT department of Island Holidays.
